What to Expect

Preparation for Your Session

Come with an open mind and comfortable clothing. We'll create a safe, supportive environment for your breathing journey.

Preparations:
  • Download the Zoom app. You'll receive a Zoom link approximately 30 minutes before we start.
  • Prepare a place where you can lie comfortably and undisturbed.
  • I recommend external speakers or headphones for good sound. Please test beforehand so everything works and is charged.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before
  • Bring water
  • Set an intention for your session

During Your Session

We'll begin with guided breathing techniques and create a safe container for your experience. Allow yourself to breathe, feel, and release whatever needs to move through you.

After Your Session

Take time to integrate your experience. Stay hydrated, rest, and be gentle with yourself as you process any insights or emotions that arose.

Important Considerations

There are certain conditions where practicing breathwork may not be appropriate.
